IF SUCH A PUPPY IS NOT AVAILABLE THE DEPOSIT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE LITTER OR TO AN AVAILABLE PUPPY OF A DIFFERENT COLOR AND OR GENDER. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT ARE ALWAYS TRANSFERABLE TO FUTURE LITTERS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SELL TO ANY PARTICULAR BUYER IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION ABOUT THE BUYERS ABILITY TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THE PUPPY. IN THIS CASE THE DEPOSIT (LESS ANY TRANSFER FEES) WOULD BE REFUNDED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN ONE OR MORE PUPPIES IN ANY LITTER IN ORDER TO FURTHER OUR BREEDING PROGRAM. *
